We Are Experienced: TOR's principals have over 30 years each in the environmental and health and safety field. Over the years, we have developed relationships throughout the industry and throughout the world. We can network to meet your needs, whether your backyard is our backyard, across the country, or in the next.

What We Do

Environmental Due Diligence: We have been conducting Phase I ESAs and Phase II assessments since the mid-1980s. Our principals have completed thousands of site assessments for properties ranging from vacant land, agricultural parcels, and commercial, retail, and industrial facilities throughout the United States, Mexico, and Latin America.

Remediation: From cleaning up gasoline spilled from an overturned big rig to remediating solvents released during post-war industrialization in the 1950s, and we have the experience.

Compliance Assurance: We have provided EHS compliance consulting and auditing services to industrial and service industry clients throughout the US, Mexico, and Latin America.
